Fender Deluxe Reverb Drip Edge 1969 Serviced

This Deluxe Reverb just came in from a friend in the Dallas, Texas area, a gent who knows his amps and how to responsibly service them.
New F&T filter and bias caps have been installed, along with Mod and Sprague bypass caps. A grounded power cable was installed. Lastly, a nice Alessandro GA-SC64 speaker was installed using the original Fender speaker cable. We added an aftermarket footswitch to round out the package.
The amp runs perfectly with a bunch of old, American made tubes that we tested. There was an audible thump in the tremolo when the amp came in, so we dropped a new JJ 12AT7 tube in place of the old tube and that lone sonic anomaly was rectified.
The amp sounds just as it should with no issues. I'd give a bunch of adjectives, but you probably know what a Deluxe Reverb sounds like if you're reading this!

Shipping policy:
When you purchase this item you are hereby agreeing to this shipping policy. We remove tubes from amps that could be damaged in shipping. We do this because we have experienced shipping issues in the past, and this is our prevention measure. Vintage amps are sold as-is because they can need service intermittently. Everything is tested here in our shop on the way into our inventory, and again before shipping. We will cover shipping damage, but we cannot be responsible for the failure of vintage components in 20-to-50-plus year old amps. Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions. If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com. Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
