Well we wound up a few and through some trial and error got a formula that really delivers the goods. We call them "Boston Blues" and blues power is what they're all about. They have the clarity, sweetness and transparency of a good vintage set, with an almost EMG-like punch and sustain. Really a cool sound and it REALLY drives an amp hard, especially for a set wound to 6K Bridge, 5,5K Mid and 5,2k neck. To create a "Humbucking" effect, the middle pickup is reverse wound- now positions 2 and 4 on your 5-way are NOISELESS.

Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions.  If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.  Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
