Unbranded PJ Bass Partscaster Schecter? 1981 Walnut
$2,195.99No sales tax for customers outside California.
This bass looks like a parts conglomerate at first glance, but a deeper dive reveals that it is likely an early Schecter build.
Schecter started out building bodies, necks and parts. This bass has all the hallmarks of this early effort. The pots date to 1981.
It appears that the bass wasn't used all that much. The frets are in excellent shape. The rest of the bass is as well.
Because we always check truss rods, we noticed that there is no truss rod nut at the end of the neck where you typically adjust it. The neck relief is good, so I don't see this being an issue. If I can get one before the bass sells I will add one.
No case. Don't worry, we know how to ship it safely!
