Who buys vintage lap steels?  We do!

Call 530-570-1525 or email sales@maharsvintageguitars.com to sell your vintage lap steel, guitar amp, guitar, bass, amplifier, etc - one piece or a collection!  We are always ready to buy instruments, amps and effects from Fender, Gibson, Martin, Epiphone, Rickenbacker, Gretsch, Marshall, Vox and just about anything else related to musical instruments.   You can also click here for more info on selling us vintage instruments, amps, parts, etc.

No sales tax for customers outside California.

Here we have a nearly flawless 1950 National New Yorker lap steel.  This is an iconic steel with great looks and excellent tone.  Included is the original National/Valco steel instruction manual and warranty card!

I've seen plenty of these and have never had one with a case like this.  The covering is exactly like that on the cases you get with 50s Les Pauls, ES-335, J45s, etc.  The case is nearly pristine, as is the steel.

There are no issues with the steel whatsoever, and the only change is perhaps the tuner buttons.

Included is an adaptor that lets you easily use a 1/4" guitar cable without having to alter the steel to add a 1/4" output jack.
