Fender Deluxe 6G3 A Brown Tolex 1962
$4,150.00No Sales Tax For Customers Outside Of California.
The brown-tolexed Fender 6G3 A is just about the perfect amp circuit. This 1962 example is a ripper. I was playing our new '54 Goldtop Les Paul through it yesterday after going through it - pure joy.
This amp retains everything a collector and player wants to see while having been serviced professionally to provide consistent service. The transformers date to 1961. The electrolytic caps have all been changed - the bypass, bias, and filter caps. A grounded power cable was also added.
The original speaker was replaced with a Speed Shop A12Q from Weber. These are perfect replacements for the original speakers in this amp.
This is a really clean machine. The tolex and grille are in excellent shape, and the chassis is super clean, inside and out. The handle is replaced. Everything else is original.
Everything functions just as it should - perhaps better! The tremolo on these amps is to die for.
An aftermarket cover is included.

Shipping policy:
When you purchase this item you are hereby agreeing to this shipping policy. We remove tubes from amps that could be damaged in shipping. We do this because we have experienced shipping issues in the past, and this is our prevention measure. Vintage amps are sold as-is because they can need service intermittently. Everything is tested here in our shop on the way into our inventory, and again before shipping. We will cover shipping damage, but we cannot be responsible for the failure of vintage components in 20-to-50-plus year old amps. Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions. If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com. Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
