This Epiphone Century from 1958 has been altered in such a cool way, making it a lovable mongrel with great tone.  Whomever did the work did a really nice job.  This is a great player's guitar.

The guitar originally came with just the neck pickup, the famed Epiphone New York pickup.  The added P-90 is a great combo with the neck pickup.

The late 50's neck is chunky, but not overly so - it is definitely slimmer than Gibson guitars of the same year, but man does it feel good and the professional refret is a big plus.

The route in the top for the P-90 is very professionally done.  The same goes for the added pickup selector switch and bridge pickup controls.  The pickguard was altered to accommodate the bridge pickup addition.

The guitar once had a Bigsby.  The tailpiece on the guitar now is original.  It also looks like there were Grover tuners installed in the past, the evidence of which is covered up by the Kluson machines.  The pickguard looks original.  The knobs are not.

Recent Epiphone hardshell case included.
