Fender Masterbuilt Yuriy Shishkov Stratocaster 50th Anniversary Limited 2005 Sunburst

This 2005 Fender 50th Anniversary Stratocaster is a Masterbuilt level guitar that was built by Yuriy Shishkov in the Fender Custom Shop.

The guitar is in near mint condition, having been stashed since it was purchased by the original owner. 

It is just about the perfect weight and just over 7.5 pounds.  

The frets show the slightest signs of previous use, as is the case for the rest of the guitar.  The sticker on the bridge where the tremolo arm screws in is still in place.  The guitar is pretty much in the exact condition it was in when shipped from Fender.

The guitar is a joy to play and looks incredibly cool.  Fender paid close attention to the build specs, including the plastic parts, to make the guitar as authentic to the original 1954 model as possible.  The finish and the distinct ash grain nicely resemble an original 50s Strat as well.

The guitar will ship with the two Fender cases that were original to the guitar - the "poodle", vintage style case, and a molded case that is more appropriate for daily use and transport of the guitar.

Shipping will be a bit high as it will require two boxes to ship the two cases.

The certificate of authenticity is included, as is the original hang tag and goodie bag of Fender stuff: trem springs, a 5-way switch, cable, bridge cover, whammy bar and some paperwork.  The only thing missing is the original strap.

This is a killer sounding and playing guitar, and a nice time capsule as well.  Play it or stash it - it'll serve you well either way!

Three day UPS air shipments will be automatic for buyers including these states and those to the east of them: Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas.  Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions.  If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.  Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
