Fender #24 of 29 Matched Telecaster & Stratocaster Gold Sparkle Holoflake Guitar Center 29th Anniversary
$7,299.99No sales tax for customers outside California.
This matched pair of Fender guitars fits right in with the amazing array of Fender Custom Shop guitars that have hit the shop lately. The guitars were built to celebrate the 29th Anniversary of Guitar Center, and 29 total sets were made.
Keeping a set like this together is the first step in maximizing the collector value. Condition of the instruments is of course also hugely important, not to mention the retention of accessories and documentation. It also doesn't hurt if the instrument or instruments play well and have distinct visual appeal.
These guitars are in near mint condition or better. Our extensive pictures show the lightest fret wear and the unaltered, issue-free quality of both guitars.
Included are the Custom Shop certificates of authenticity, along with a full gamut of other original paperwork. The original cases are included, of course.
The guitars are visually stunning, and despite the bling factor of the gold sparkle, they are very tasteful. The necks are built from billets of highly figured birdseye maple and are absolutely gorgeous. They both play perfectly with no fret or neck issues whatsoever. The truss rods were checked to make sure there is room for future neck relief adjustments.
This set is prime for investment, being a limited and special run from the earlier days of the Custom Shop.
