G&L ASAT Special Blonde Leo Fender with case and warranty card 1988

This G&L ASAT from 1988 is a killer guitar with great vintage looks.  The weight is right at 7 pounds, 13 ounces.

The instrument is all original with the exception of an apparent finish touch up on the back of the neck.  It looks like someone dinged the finish there and couldn't take it after taking such good care of the guitar prior.  The wood doesn't look like it was damaged in the process, just the surface.  The small area of touch up is not something you can feel when you play, and it doesn't jump out visually.

The rest of the guitar is in excellent or better cosmetic condition.  The frets show little wear.  Setting the guitar up to play perfectly was easy.  The neck is neither slim nor fat - it is just about right at .825" thick at the first fret.  The truss rod has room for future neck relief adjustment, if needed.

There are two shipping cost options for purchases made on our site for these states and those to the east of them: Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas.  Select Standard shipping at checkout and your item will be shipped via UPS three-day-air.  Select Economy shipping and your item will ship via UPS ground.  For Reverb purchases, there is one cost option for these Eastern states and shipment will be made by UPS three-day-air.  Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions.  If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.  Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
