Gibson ES-225TDN 125 made in 1957 Blonde

If you're looking for the cleanest example of an ES-225TD in the most desirable color, this 1957 model is the one for you.  The blonde version of this model, the ES-225TND, is quite rare.  There were just 125 made in 1957.

This is a truly no-excuses piece that is pretty much perfect in every way.  

Starting at the tip of the headstock, you'll see very little wear for a guitar that is nearly 70 years old.  The original tuning machines are brilliantly clean.  The clear coat still clings to the ends of the original nut.  

There is no pitting in the Brazilian fretboard, and very light wear on the original frets.  A few small dings are present on the back of the neck, where all the original finish is intact.  The truss rod has room for future neck relief adjustments.

There is little to no finish checking - it really is stunning in person!  The trapeze tailpiece shows only slight tarnishing.  

As you probably guessed, the guitar is 100% original.  It plays perfectly and sounds glorious.  The neck is .9" thick at the first fret for that classic Gibson feel.

The original, brown hardshell case is included, also in prime condition.
