The 1979 Gibson ES-335 Pro is a rare and sought-after variation of the iconic semi-hollow electric guitar, featuring factory-installed Gibson "Dirty Fingers" humbuckers. Dressed in a striking Ebony finish with block inlays and a bound fingerboard, the ES-335 Pro from this era delivers a powerful, articulate sound suitable for rock, blues, and jazz alike.

With its solid maple center block, classic f-hole design, and fast-playing neck, this vintage Gibson is both a collector’s gem and a stage-ready performer. Fully original and in excellent condition, this 1979 ES-335 Pro captures the late '70s Gibson craftsmanship at its finest.

The guitar is 100% original.  The frets are in excellent shape, as is the entire guitar.  The neck is straight and the truss rod was checked to make sure there is room for future neck relief adjustments.

The case is not original and is deeper than the guitar.  There is packing material in the case so the neck lays properly inside the case.

There are two shipping cost options for purchases made on our site for these states and those to the east of them: Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas.  Select Standard shipping at checkout and your item will be shipped via UPS three-day-air.  Select Economy shipping and your item will ship via UPS ground.  For Reverb purchases, there is one cost option for these Eastern states and shipment will be made by UPS three-day-air.  Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions.  If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.  Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
