The guitar looks nearly perfect.  It does have a repair to the lower edge, however.  The guitar dropped on the output jack and the impact caused a crack.  It has been professionally repaired/reinforced by Jeff Hoppe at Lollar Guitars.  The finish has been left original.  There are definitely people who could disappear this crack, but I didn't want to mess with the finish at all.

Other than that one issue, the guitar is amazingly clean - it obviously wasn't played much at all.  The truss rod was checked to make sure it has room for future neck relief adjustments.  The frets were professionally replaced.  The changed frets show the lightest signs of use.  The nut was changed when the guitar was refretted.  Everything else is original.

The guitar plays like a dream.  The original patent sticker pickups sound amazing. 

The original case is included and is in beautiful shape.
