This 2003 Taylor is in beautifully clean condition, showing few signs of use over its 20-year life. This is a true bargain when you consider the sound and gorgeous looks of this well-made guitar!
Built with a solid Sitka top and perfectly stained, highly figured back and sides, the guitar has a balanced tone that is more full and louder than I would normally expect. Maple is generally brighter and not quite so rich sounding in my experience.
The frets show little wear, and the guitar is largely free of signs of use. There are no dings or dents of any notable size.
The guitar is free of cracks, repairs, neck or fret issues. It set up perfectly with great action and room in the saddle and truss rod for future adjustments, if needed.
A magnetic pickup was not functioning when we received the guitar, one of three elements in the system. It was replaced by our local Taylor guitar tech and now the electronics work flawlessly.
Comes with the original hardshell case and some paperwork..

Three day UPS air shipments will be automatic for buyers including these states and those to the east of them: Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas. Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions. If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com. Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
