You don't see very many 70's Jazzmasters.  This is a nice one, though it is era-appropriately heavy at just over 11 pounds.

The weight does translate into some serious sustain, and the guitar's sound doesn't suffer either.

Everything about the guitar is original with the exception of the frets and the nut.  The fret work was very nicely done and is likely a huge improvement over the originals.  This was the case with the last 70s Jazzmaster I had as well, but I had that one refretted myself.  The original frets from the period were low, and once they were worn they were pretty much useless.

Having a rosewood fretboard is a major advantage in a 70s Fender - there is no lacquer on the fretboard like a maple neck Fender from the era.

The guitar plays wonderfully, and the replaced frets show little to no wear.

The guitar set up nicely with 10-46 strings.  The truss rod was checked to make sure there is room for future neck relief adjustments.

The original case is included.  Two latches were problematic, so someone added two hardware store latches.

The original trem arm is included.
