This regal L-5 Custom Wes Montgomery from 2007 is an absolutely gorgeous piece, and it is in near mint condition.
Gibson clearly saves the best woods for the L-5. The top is the highest quality solid spruce, and the flamed maple carved for the back and neck is out of this world.
The guitar came to us along with dozens of others, part of a collection amassed from the 1990s through the late 2010s. Like many of the others, the guitar was barely played after being purchased new. There are only light signs of handling.
The frets look new and the neck is perfect. The truss rod has room for future neck relief adjustments. We set the guitar up with a new set of 12-53 flatwound strings, finding the action to be perfect when complete.
There are no cracks, repairs, changes or issues with the guitar whatsoever.
The original hardshell case is included. There is no paperwork or other case candy.

Three day UPS air shipments will be automatic for buyers including these states and those to the east of them: Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas.
