Gibson Les Paul Standard 1979 Natural

This sharp looking Les Paul Standard from 1979 is all original with the exception of the strap buttons. It came in with straplocks, which we replaced with new Gibson style buttons.
The control cavity is untouched. It looks like I might have been the first one to open it.
The embossed patent number pickups and the internal plate that the pots are mounted to show 1979 date stamps.
We checked all the parts to make sure there were no changes or repairs - no added holes under the tuners, etc. The truss rod was checked to make sure there is room for future neck relief adjustment.
The guitar plays perfectly with low action. The original frets show light wear.
The original case is really nice, and a big bonus over the molded plastic "chainsaw" case you often see with Les Pauls from this era.
