Here's another installment in our recent run of Gibson R9s - this time a Murphy Lab Heavy Aged in Slow Iced Tea Fade.

This killer axe weighs in just under 8 pounds, 12 ounces.  The lighter weight is immediately apparent when you first pick it up, and whether it is the weight or just the Murphy Lab selected woods, this is a really resonant guitar as well.  

The guitar has been played very little - the frets show only the slightest wear.  We gave it a new set of 10-46 D'Addario strings and it set up perfectly.

I think we all know what is up with Murphy Lab Gibsons, so I'll spare you additional hype and just say that the guitar lives up to the reputation.

All original goodies and the COA are included in the original (aged) case.

Shipping policy:

Three day UPS air shipments will be automatic for buyers including these states and those to the east of them: Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas.  Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions.  If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.  Less than 1% of our shipments are damaged in transit, and we are committed to making sure your item arrives safely, but we are taking these additional measures to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
