The Ampeg B-15-N is one of the blue chip amps that permeate popular music and grace the amp collections of many recording studios.
This 1966 example is in excellent cosmetic and functional condition. Some beneficial service has been performed, including the large, blue filter capacitor you'll see in the pics. A couple of caps in the circuit were updated, and the power cable is a recent replacement.
Speaker connections were changed from the original and unfortunate Amphenol connectors, allowing use of 1/4" connector speaker cables. The original 1966 CTS speaker was reconed when the amp arrived here as it had some coil-rub buzz to it. Speaker Repair Pros did that work.
All the things you might need to visit is taken care of with this amp.
The amp runs strong and outputs that warm, vintage sound that you'd expect.
Cosmetically, the amp is in excellent condition. The original caster board is there too.
The amp will ship in two boxes - the head separate from the cabnet - to protect the cabinet, chassis baseplate and hardware from stress. Shipping will perhaps be a bit higher than a typical amp of this size.
