I just can't get enough of these Pre CBS Princetons - with or without reverb. Actually, I really do think they sound better without it! A great side effect is that they also cost less. There's just such a pure vintage tone with these that is unmistakable.
This particular example has had a filter cap change and an update to a grounded power cord. The speaker is a great sounding Weber that suits the amp very nicely.
Overall the condition is very clean. The amp runs flawlessly and gives that crazy tube overdrive at reasonable volumes.
