This early Guild M-65 Freshman is the perfect living room guitar. It sounds so cool unplugged and it is so light and comfortable/fun to play that you could enjoy it just fine without ever plugging it in. But, it also sounds fantastic electrically.
This is the long scale version, not the student model.
The guitar is 100% original, very very clean, and the original case is in the same shape (and just looks way too cool). The only slight issue appears to be the low E part of the nut, where someone, somehow, slightly melted the nut in small area. The guitar strings up and plays correctly, so I'm leaving it the way it is.
Beautiful woods: mahogany back/sides/neck, maple top with some birdseye, really nice Brazilian fretboard.
What else can I say? Its got the look, playability - this Freshman is so cool and ready for the guitar hanger in your living room.
