I met Matt, the founder, at a guitar show in Dallas. He is one of the nicest guys in the business, and he's a man who is definitely dedicated to his craft. The quality shines through the aging of his instruments. None are duds.
This guitar is no exception. Quality is immediately apparent when you first lay hands on it. I've found that most resonator guitars, new or old and from just about any maker, just don't play all that great. Vintage examples often have neck issues. Modern pieces lack attention to detail or just that feel I hope they'll have. All of these issues are addressed here.
The neck plays like an electric guitar. The fretwork is so sweet. The tricone setup sounds wonderful. Plugged in, it goes to another level!

Shipping policy:
Three day UPS air shipments will be automatic for buyers including these states and those to the east of them: Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas. Shipments will require signature on delivery, no exceptions. If there is damage, the buyer must retain all packing materials intact and picture them immediately and send them to sales@maharsvintageguitars.com.
