Roland RE-201 Space Echo 1970s Tape Delay Reverb Unit lightly refurbished with EchoFix

No sales tax for customers outside California.  

This Roland RE-201 Space Echo wasn't sounding the greatest when it showed up, but was is in excellent cosmetic condition so I grabbed it.  

The roller was frozen and the felts were worn on arrival.  I replaced them with parts from the EchoFix refurb kit.  I did not replace the tape feed bearing, so that is included for future replacement.  

Once I got the unit running well I decided just to keep the existing tape in it, so there are two brand new EchoFix tape loops included as well.

I retained the original parts.

One cool thing about this particular unit is that it has the original pouch that Roland sent with it, which fits under the thumb screws holding the Lexan lid over the tape loop.  It has some original Roland goodies in it.

Overall the unit is in excellent condition and it works great.  I also cleaned the pots while I checked the interior of the unit for any visible issues.
